We devised avenues at every step of the Axis Premier League event to increase engagement with the participants and successfully delivered a phenomenal experience.

Solution

Axis Premier League was rolled out in 3 phases:

• Selection Rounds: Selection rounds were carried out across 26 circles to select 30 teams. All the selections took place on a Sunday at the respective circles to infuse some recreation into the busy schedules of the employees.
• Zonal Rounds: Teams selected in the selection rounds from the respective circles competed in the Zonal rounds that were held in each of the 4 zones – East, West, North, and South. Top two teams or the Finalists qualified for the National Finals.
• National Finals: Finalists of Zonal rounds travelled to Mumbai for National Finals. Total 8 Teams competed for the APL 2017 Champion title.
• 4 cities hosted the zonal round of matches for Axis Premier League 2017-18:
  North Zone: Delhi | South Zone: Chennai | West Zone: Mumbai | East Zone: Bhubaneshwar (Also hosted the National finals)
