A sustainable and scalable school contact program to scout and train young cricketers
We delivered Boostcamp as an on-ground activation to scout and encourage the young sports talent from schools, ultimately 'unleashing the Winner in kids'. Idea was to develop it as a scalable and a YOY activity that gives budding cricketers an opportunity to train and become champions of the game.
Target Audience: School kids in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Methodology:
- School Reach Out: Schools nominate 10 kids (Under 11 and under 14)
- Identify Top Talent: Conduct selection trials
- Reward: Scholarship to selected kids for 6-month training in a Boost Partner Academy
