Over 18 days, Sportz Village Xp managed on-ground operations across four cities, coordinating events involving 55 teams and 82 matches. To
ensure flawless execution, the team carefully selected and onboarded the right vendors, manpower, and technical teams. Additionally, they skillfully
managed on-ground branding and ensured the smooth streaming of all matches.
