How can organizations engage meaningfully with their employees?

Solution

We created the Corporate Indoor Games, a platform for employees to represent their firms in a competitive tournament under the Olympics format. CIG is a multi-sport indoor tournament that provides an opportunity for employees to represent their firms and win individual awards and team championships. CIG has been conducted successfully for the last 14 years and was also featured in Limca Book of Records twice in a row (2006 and 2007) as the largest Indoor Corporate event in India.

Over the past years, CIG has been organised in various major cities in India including Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The tournament has grown in popularity over the years with the participation of almost 1400 employees from various organizations providing organizations the perfect platform to meaningfully engage with their employees to de-stress, enjoy and network with colleagues as well as employees of other companies. The tournament also sees participation from female employees and senior management which has also grown with each edition.
